The Quad

I've followed Salt New York for a long, long time. On Instagram, on Youtube, watching beauty content creators talk about the products......and I wanted them because I just knew they would work perfectly for me. A purchase was never in the cards.....or more specifically, the budget......for me, sadly. Recently, Salt ran a lil promotion and I bit the bullet and made a purchase. And oh. my. gosh. Perfection. All of it.

My older, dry dry skin LOVES everything I bought! I did a quad containing Sneaky Balm (N11), Best Case Concealer (N11) and two Lip & Cheek (Sunburnt & Cacao Verdadero). I have never had a better match to my skin tone than N11. Like, never, ever in any other complexion product.

I honestly was skeptical that such a hydrating formula wouldn't crease like crazy or slide off my skin, but Kiki has done some kind of sorcery here because these super emollient formulas stay put, even without setting powder. How? Howww? I'm old. With lines (many. many.) Everything creases. Not Sneaky Balm. Not Best Case Concealer. This is so great :)
To be fair, I watched Kiki's application videos and her advice was, of course, spot on. Apply as little as possible. Perfect.

Love Sunburnt. Love Cacao Verdadero. And now....I need more. Like, I just want everything, lol. (I'm going to blow through this Sneaky Balm in a hot minute because I'm using it every single day, hah). I'll have to wait for another lil promotion though - because as much as my look has transformed with my Salt products, unfortunately my wallet has not.

Even though I prefer my older grey version, this updated style still performs great! I just wish they would bring back the bigger one

I’ve got the old grey version as well as the updated black version of the quad. I miss the larger cases so I can have everything in the same place, but I keep corrector, sneaky balm, concealer and contour in one, cheeks/highlight in another. The zipper is very sturdy on these, the depth is nice and I love that they’re just slightly oversized so it’s easy to remove pans as you need. Black was a good call. My grey one stained easily. Highly recommend The Quad.

I bought this for travel and I’m excited to see how it goes. So far I love the size and the products (mostly concealer and corrector) are amazing. Let you know in the future how it worked for travel.

Right, let’s talk about this little square of joy — the Salt New York Quad. First off, it’s tiny but mighty — like the Jason Statham of makeup. You think, “Oh, cute little compact,” and then BOOM — it's got everything you need to fake a full night’s sleep, a weekend in the Maldives, and better genetics.

Super easy to use — no makeup degree required. I just dabbed, swiped, blended, and suddenly I looked like I knew what I was doing (miracles do happen). The formula? Creamy. Blendable. Forgiving — like your nan after she’s had a sherry. It plays nice with fingers or brushes, so however you roll, it’s got you.

And can we just talk about the portability? I’ve carried loaves of bread bigger than this. Fits in your pocket, your man bag, or your emotional baggage — and still leaves room for dignity. It’s perfect for those "I’m late but I still want cheekbones" kind of days.

Verdict? It’s a solid yes from me. A clever little quad with big personality. Salt New York, you saucy genius — you’ve made me a believer.
